J.B. Passmore, Inc. grew from Houston trade-service roots into a regional facility platform through hard work, city-to-city growth, client appreciation, community involvement, and long-term service.

  1. 1964Founded in Houston by James B. Passmore after his U.S. Navy service, with a commitment to hard work, trust, and dependable field service.
  2. 1960s-1980sSupported Ship Channel and Gulf Coast industrial clients including Big Three, Air Liquide, Exxon, Shell, and Texaco. Work also touched Sharpstown Mall and the Astrodome.
  3. Late 1980s-2000sExpanded beyond its Houston oil and gas roots into retail, convenience stores, quick-service restaurants, and multi-location facility programs.
  4. 2005-2017Expanded city to city and state to state while earning client appreciation and supporting Gulf Coast storm response and repairs.
  5. 2020-2021Supported reopening and health and safety programs with disinfecting treatments, spacing-control assistance, and mobile signage.
  6. TodayA regional facility platform built around self-performing teams, plumbing and electrical, maintenance, remodels, projects, automation, and real-time technology.
