Mark S. Passmore, President
Mark joined J.B. Passmore, Inc. in 1989 after many summers in and around the family business. His focus includes client relationships, service improvement, operating discipline, technology, and continued regional growth.
Thomas J. Passmore continues to support the company in a board advisory capacity while retired from day-to-day operations.
Strong Leadership Team
The leadership group meets weekly and includes the Business Manager, Market Managers, and Human Resources. This cadence supports accountability, staffing, field execution, client service, safety, and continuous improvement. The group also gathers in person twice each year.
