Authorization, Scope & NTE
No work should begin without authorization from J.B. Passmore, Inc. Service providers must follow the applicable work order, scope, not-to-exceed amount, proposal approval, client requirements, pricing, and Passmore instructions. Additional work or charges require prior approval.
Scheduling, Communication & Documentation
Service providers agree to communicate promptly regarding acceptance, scheduling, arrival, delays, scope changes, completion, and issues requiring escalation. Requested documentation may include photographs, technician notes, receipts, proposals, invoices, and completion information.

Work must be performed safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable laws, codes, manufacturer requirements, client site rules, and generally accepted trade practices. The service provider is responsible for correcting deficiencies attributable to its work.
Insurance, Licensing & Personnel
The service provider must maintain all insurance, licenses, registrations, permits, and personnel qualifications required by law, trade, client requirements, or J.B. Passmore, Inc. requirements. Certificates and supporting documents must remain current.
Confidentiality & Client Relationships
Information received through Passmore regarding clients, pricing, work orders, systems, locations, processes, and business operations is confidential and may be used only to perform authorized work.
Invoicing & Payment
