Qualified companies interested in working with J.B. Passmore, Inc. can submit company information, coverage, capabilities, references, and required documents for review.

Confidential document intake: W-9 and insurance files are accepted only as uploads. Do not type tax IDs, Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, or payment card data into open text fields. Netlify notification emails should alert the team to a new submission, not forward sensitive W-9 contents.

3 Service Partner Agreement

Independent Service Provider

If approved, the applicant will perform services as an independent subcontractor/service provider and not as an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of J.B. Passmore, Inc. The service provider is responsible for its employees, subcontractors, taxes, payroll obligations, licenses, permits, tools, vehicles, and business operations.

No Guarantee of Work

Approval as a service partner does not guarantee job assignments, minimum volume, territory, exclusivity, or a continuing relationship. J.B. Passmore, Inc. may offer work based on client needs, geography, qualifications, performance, availability, pricing, and other business considerations.

Authorization, Scope & NTE

No work should begin without authorization from J.B. Passmore, Inc. Service providers must follow the applicable work order, scope, not-to-exceed amount, proposal approval, client requirements, pricing, and Passmore instructions. Additional work or charges require prior approval.

Scheduling, Communication & Documentation

Service providers agree to communicate promptly regarding acceptance, scheduling, arrival, delays, scope changes, completion, and issues requiring escalation. Requested documentation may include photographs, technician notes, receipts, proposals, invoices, and completion information.

Quality, Safety & Professional Conduct

Work must be performed safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable laws, codes, manufacturer requirements, client site rules, and generally accepted trade practices. The service provider is responsible for correcting deficiencies attributable to its work.

Insurance, Licensing & Personnel

The service provider must maintain all insurance, licenses, registrations, permits, and personnel qualifications required by law, trade, client requirements, or J.B. Passmore, Inc. requirements. Certificates and supporting documents must remain current.

Confidentiality & Client Relationships

Information received through Passmore regarding clients, pricing, work orders, systems, locations, processes, and business operations is confidential and may be used only to perform authorized work.

Invoicing & Payment

Payment is subject to receipt of an accurate invoice, required supporting documentation, valid tax information, current insurance, and compliance with authorized scope and pricing. Additional job-specific or master subcontract terms may apply.

Insurance requirement: service partners must maintain coverage equal to or greater than J.B. Passmore, Inc.'s current coverage and list J.B. Passmore, Inc. as Certificate Holder.
